Section 44D
Minimum expenses can be paid

(1) During the investigation or prosecution of crimes related to money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities, the entire property of a person has been frozen in accordance with this Act and if there is no other means or source for the livelihood of him and other dependents, such person from the frozen property The court may order the department to provide the property that is necessary for minimum living. (2) If there is an order according to sub-section (1), the department shall provide such property to such person.
